About PIN
PIN is a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-governmental organization whose mission is to promote and protect mental health and ensure the right to mental health for all citizens of Serbia.
PIN advocates for a biopsychosocial and empirically based model of community mental health. This model involves the active participation of citizens, service users, professionals, and decision-makers in creating comprehensive and sustainable mental health support and improving broader social conditions that would positively impact citizens’ mental health.

4 of 4Since its founding in 2015, PIN has implemented projects aimed at protecting and improving mental health and psychological well-being, as well as safeguarding the human rights of various groups, including older adults, individuals experiencing acute crises, children and youth, people facing homelessness, psychiatric service users, refugees, human rights defenders, and service providers (mental health professionals, caregivers, legal representatives, healthcare workers, educators, and social protection workers).
